Our Board and Team

Ruth Campbell

Founder

I have over a decade of experience in the youth sector including in safeguarding, education, SEND and in service intervention delivery. I am extremely passionate about creating opportunities for teenagers who are not in education, employment or training. During my time at university I began developing Youth Opportunity Union, a project that combines work experience with education. I feel strongly that education should be as flexible and bespoke as possible and will continually strive to work with our young people to create their own plans and achieve their goals. My vision for YOU is not simply to provide qualifications, but to ensure emotional well being, personal development and holistic pastoral support is of equal importance within our service delivery.
